Surf Camp Philippines is located between Cloud 9 and General Luna on Siargao, one of the 7.107 islands that make up the Phillipines. Siargao is located in the province of Surigao Del Norte; the home of white sand coastlines leading into a continuous run of waves above untouched reefs! Siargao is known as the Surfing Capital of the Philippines, so why go anywhere else? Place yourself in the tropical waters of the Pacific Ocean with some of the friendliest locals known to mankind.

An abundance of marine life awaits you beneath the waters; while above the waters, expect to find the freshest food and many more recreational activities to explore, such as caving, diving, deep-sea fishing, kayaking, jumping waterfalls, etc. Siargao is rapidly growing in its popularity all the while with a reputation that can stand alone! The most consistent time of the year starts August until March. Even during off season, you are bound to find a break that’s looking for a few good surfers to come out and play. The rainy season lasts mid November to early March, but also during this time you can expect a lot of nice weather with temperatures above 25 degree C, so you never need a wetsuit to surf these great reef breaks.

The surf school offers you one-on-one surfing lessons, and the experienced instructors will have even the complete beginner up and surfing in no time. You will learn to be confident in the waters and how to use the equipment to your own advantage. Along the way you will also develop your own style of surfing which you can bring with you anywhere.

The classes are completely mobile, so depending on conditions and the waves, we will place you in the safest learning environment. By the time you leave here, you will have built a strong surfing foundation for you to bring home with you.

Surfari is a great option for more experienced surfers. We all know that conditions vary from day to day. Everyday, you will be accompanied by a local surf guide who will show you the best breaks of the region, places that just the locals know; taking you to discover and experience the best waves possible.

Your surf/tour guide will show you around, tell you about the spots and the best way to surf the break in safety. You will also get tips on surfing, being in the lineup, and explore more options for the whole duration of the day and the trip. There is a variety of amazing and un-crowded waves to be explored, including reef breaks, point breaks and beach breaks. Major surf spots include: Cloud Nine, Quicksilver, Stimpy’s, Rock Island, Dako Island, Jacking Horse, etc.

The accommodation we offer is located just by Cloud 9. Guests will be accommodated according to their needs, either traveling alone, as a couple, or as a larger group. All groups will get private rooms that all have with a private bathroom with hot water and air-con.

For families or larger groups there is also a big cottage with two queen size beds, fronting the beach

The restaurant is located on the surf hotel premises to cook you up a heavy serving of the freshest and healthiest foods. The fresh catch of the day will be right there at your request. Home grown fruits and vegetables are the perfect way to restore your energy after a day of surfing legendary waves!

There is also free WiFi internet on the premises for all guests.

Arrival to the Philippines is usually done through the international airport of Ninoy Aquino in Manila (airport code : MNL) or to Cebu airport (airport code : CEB). Check with your local travel agency to find a good deal from your hometown.

If you are arriving into Manila, fly to Surigao with PalExpress and take the boat to Dapa. If you are arriving into Cebu, take Cebu Pacific Air to Siargao (airport code: IAO)

Upon arrival by boat in Dapa, or plane to Siargao airport, a member of the camp staff will pick you up and take you to the camp.

Once your booking is secured, the local staff will be happy to help you sort out the details for your trip from Manila or Cebu to the surf camp.
