Making a reservation

Can I book my flight travel with you?

We only arrange the stays at the camp (accommodation and lessons). We do not arrange flight travels. Under the arrival information about every camp you can find some tips about airlines that go to the closest airport and even search for flights and prices, but we do not arrange this and can not give any additional info about getting there.

Shall I book my trip before I make a reservation with you?

Tricky one. Of course you don't have to have any travel arrangements made before you book with us. Though, it could be clever of you to check if the camp is available during the dates you're interested in before you make travel arrangements. In the same way, it might be clever to see weather it's possible to make decent travel arrangements before you book the surf camp. You can make a preliminary check of the availability on the website. Note that availability might change on a daily basis, and you should not book any flights before you have received the final confirmation from the camp.

How late can I make my reservation?

We only accept bookings made at least 5 days before arrival at the camp. To be able to keep your booking with the camp, your deposit also needs to be paid at the latest 2 days prior to your arrival. This is to give the camps the possibility to plan your arrival and to reduce the risk of last minute cancellations without security.

What is the age of the people attending the surfcamps?

Most people that book their stay at the surf camps through us are at the ages of 20-35, but we have had customers of all ages between 18 and 60.

Can I book my flight once I have sent my booking request?

No, you should always wait for the confirmation from the camp before you pay for any flights etc. The availability can change fast, and if you are a large group it's even more crucial to first make sure that there is room for all of you at the camp.

Are there any age limits to go to the camps?

Unitedsurfcamps can only complete deals with people over the legal age of 18. Therefore people younger than this should be accompanied with at least one person 18 or older.
