Can I cancel my booking?

You may cancel your booking up to 15 days before arrival and get your deposit back. If you cancel your booking less than 15 days in advance or in the event of a no-show you can not claim your deposit back (the deposit will be kept to cover expenses regarding your booking at the surf camp).

How do I cancel my booking?

To cancel your booking, you log in to the mySurfcamp, state your reason for canceling and click "Cancel". You can also send us an e-mail at info@unitedsurfcamps.com, Telling us you'd like to cancel the booking and stating your booking ID. If this is made at least 15 days prior to your arrival, you will also get your deposit back.

How do I get a refund?

If you cancel you booking more than 15 days in advance we will reimburse your credit card 100% of the deposit you paid with the card.

Can I change my booking?

Yes, as long as there is room for you at the surf camp you booking can be changed up until five days prior to your arrival.
